We upgraded one of our DaaS tenant to DaaS 9 (20.2) and used the “Launch Console” option to test the “new” option. (It was there already but known as HACA)

Unfortunately we got an error message “HTTP ERROR 404” when trying to launching the console.

In the end it turned out we misconfigured the UAG *facepalm*. We you run the apsetup.sh on you tenant appliance dont forget to answer yes to the question “Do you want to allow Horizon Air Helpdesk Console access through this Access point?”

Note:
The launch console has the same capabilities as the vCenter console, so a VDI with a GPU will not be able to show the console.
