Hi there,
Today I was working on a workspace one access appliance to replace a certificate.
When I selected the correct pfx file (you can use PEM as well). At least I thought it was the correct pfx. I saw an error message like “Certificate does not chain up to root”.
I noticed after a while that my pfx did not include the root and/or intermediate certificated. After updating the pfx with root and intermediate included changing the certificate was easy.

AllenH,
For this I use a PowerShell script that does some OpenSSL calls. I will post this soon I hope.
You can insert the pfx into you local certificate store on your laptop as well, then export it again including the root and intermediate.
